Qualifications/Requirements: • B. E, B. Tech, MCA in Computer Science or Equivalent from any recognized university in India or Abroad
• 5+ years of experience in leading IT operations or projects
• 3+ years working directly in the field of Information Security
• Experience in global project and people management and coordination
• Clear understanding of IT security practices and how best to integrate them into IT operational and administrative processes and technologies.
• Ability to understand the IP, controllership and regulatory risks associated with introducing and using IT systems in environment
• Clear insight into IT systems and administration
• Experience applying controllership principles and enforcing compliance with local and global policies and regulations
• Excellent communications skills and coordination with different local and global stakeholders
• Ability to propose new or alternate solutions, working cross functionally and liaising with business leaders
• Ability to set vision and strategic direction for a large research environment in cooperation with the larger strategic objectives of the business unit and company
• Participation in different security and compliance councils (both internal and external) representing GE
• Experience performing stakeholder analysis and driving organizational change
• Ability to develop network inside and outside of GE
